The Company

  • A dynamic property maintenance, refurbishment and new build contractor with 20+ office locations throughout the UK
  • As an award – winning contractor, this business are a social and environmentally responsible family run business with a rich heritage, delivering a range of bespoke services and solutions to a wide variety of clients
  • Initially trading as a painting subcontractor in the Lancashire area, this company have continued to develop and grow their relationships within the social housing sector to at least double their turnover year on year for the last 5 years.

The Role

  • Working as a site manager on a social housing projects in the following areas – Stoke, Derby, Nottingham and Leister, with the office based in Stoke
  • Refurb of kitchens (Social Housing)
  • Refurb of bathrooms and wet rooms (Social Housing)
  • Proven past record of working to the spec, programme and budget
  • Health and safety on site
  • Managing subcontractors and direct labour
  • Ensuring all paperwork is correctly updated
  • Dealing with deliveries and orders

Qualifications and experience

  • Experience delivering planned maintenance programmes previously
  • First Aid at Work
  • Full Driving Licence
  • CSCS Card preferred but not essential
