Key Information

  • Operating across Wales and North West England, this company works with local authorities and housing associations to complete all planned maintenance and refurbishment works and new build housing
  • With a local site in the Wrexham area, this company is looking to recruit an experienced Site Manager to support on a project with a local council, completing all grounds work for this project
  • This is a temporary to permanent position with the contract to start immediately due to growth in tenders wins for the business

The Role  

  • Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager
  • Process bookings on the system & co-ordinate staff to ensure work is completed promptly
  • The management, co-ordination and delivery of the project, operatives, and for ensuring that it runs to the agreed timescales
  • Monitoring team performance for both direct and subcontractor employees
  • Production of weekly reports against forecast
  • Provide a safe working environment by adhering to the correct health and safety procedures

 Qualifications and relevant experience

  • Strong background in social housing groundwork
  • First Aid
  • CSCS Card
  • Strong IT Skills
  • Strong groundwork experience within social housing
