  • We are seeking highly motivated Plumbers to help us serve our sites – Bring your training and attitude to help us deliver projects on-time, in budget and as instructed
  • Salary: £29,348 – £30,513 per annum DOE
  • Locations : North West, Yorkshire, North East, Anglia, Wales, South East, South Cnetral & South West

Required

  • Experience in FM with a background in retail and public building sectors
  • Hold an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in plumbing
  • Proven ability to work independently
  • Handyman experience preferred
  • Possess a valid clean UK driving licence
  • ECS/CSCS Card certification preferred
  • IPAF & BAND certifications preferred
  • Prioritse safety and quality in all your work
  • Meet project deadlines and budgets
  • Keep accurate records of completed tasks
  • Participate in a weekly on-call rota (Monday to Monday) with a frequency of no more than once every four weeks
  • Bring a passion for exceptional customer services
  • Flexibility, as some out-of-hours work may be necessary
