Position: Construction Project Manager

Duration: 18 Months
Rate: £350 per day

We’re seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee programmes and project delivery for a leading new build housing company. This role involves managing domestic and internal fit-out works while coordinating timelines, resources, and client expectations to ensure successful project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage detailed project programmes using Microsoft Project

• Prepare accurate time estimates and schedules for multiple jobs

• Oversee and coordinate domestic and internal fit-out works

• Liaise closely with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when required

• Ensure all projects are completed to quality, time, and budget standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager within the new build housing or fit-out sector

• Extensive experience using Microsoft Project for programming and scheduling

• Strong organisational, communication, and leadership skills

• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritise effectively

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
