Hiring: Fit Out Site Manager – Permanent
Location: National Travel (Head Office: Dudley)
Salary: £50,000 + Car + Bonus + Company Benefits

Our client is a leading principal contractor specialising in retail fit-outs across the UK. They partner with major brands, delivering high-quality projects in fast-paced environments, and due to continued growth they are looking for an experienced Site Manager to join the team.

The Role

As a Site Manager, you will oversee retail fit-out projects across the country, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard. The role involves close coordination with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams. You must be comfortable working away for extended periods while projects are live.

Requirements:

• Retail fit-out experience (essential)

• Trade background (essential)

• SMSTS, First Aid, IPAF, PUWER & Fire Marshal certifications

• Full UK driving licence

• Willingness to travel and work away from home

• Strong ability to manage fast-paced environments and tight deadlines
