Position: Site Manager
Location: North West
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work on new build housing sites across the North West.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing day-to-day site operations
• Managing subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to programme
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety on site
• Ensuring quality control across all stages of the build
• Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Requirements:

• Proven experience on new build housing projects
• SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid (essential)
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage site efficiently and meet deadlines

Job Details:

• £28 per hour
• Ongoing temporary work
