Position: Architectural Technologist
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £45,000 – £60,000 (Depending on experience)
Contract Type: Permanent

We’re currently seeking an experienced Architectural Technologist to join a well-established consultancy in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile Healthcare projects, contributing to the design and delivery of technically robust solutions within a collaborative and progressive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and support the development of detailed construction drawings and technical packages

• Deliver coordinated working drawing packages in line with project timelines

• Liaise closely with internal teams, contractors, and stakeholders on project delivery

• Ensure compliance with current regulations and standards

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years’ experience as an Architectural Technologist

• Strong Revit proficiency essential

• Previous experience in the Healthcare sector is highly desirable

• Excellent technical detailing and construction knowledge

• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
