Position: Assistant Site Manager (x2)

Location: Congleton

Job Type: Temporary (Ongoing for 2 Years)

Salary: £23 – £24 per hour

We are seeking two experienced Assistant Site Managers for a long-term temporary role (up to 2 years) on a residential new build project in Congleton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing daily site operations to ensure smooth project progress
• Oversee health & safety compliance on-site
• Coordinate with subcontractors and trades to ensure work is completed to high standards
• Support the Site Manager in delivering the project on time and within budget
• Carry out site inspections and quality control checks

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager on new build housing projects
• Strong knowledge of health & safety regulations
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Valid CSCS Card
• SMSTS or SSSTS (preferred)
• First Aid at Work (preferred)
