• A business that specialises in construction are looking for a Contracts Manager to join their team
• This company take great pride in the quality of work they produce and work with commercial and industrial clients across the country
• They are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role working on general construction jobs and happy to travel to sites
• Location: Warrington with travel to sites as and when required (North West based)
• Salary: £35.00 – 36.00 per hour

The Role

• Travel to various sites to ensure the project is running on time and to budget
• Responsible for Site Managers and onsite staff
• Able to work on projects that are in a live environment
• Liaise with site staff and the client
• Overseeing Health and Safety
• Work stream – refurbishments up to £1m -both clinical and non-clinical works
• Proactive
• Problem solving

Qualifications

• Experience working on live hospital environments
• Proven experience managing people
• Experience of working on Measured Term Contracts
• Good team management skills both direct and sub contract
• Understanding of CPP
• Willingness to travel to sites
• Ability to multi task and willingness to help where necessary
• Able to use communication skills and work with other members of the team
