- A family run fast growing projects and maintenance company are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Contracts Manager to join their team
- As a member of this award-winning team you will be responsible for managing and overseeing planned and maintenance works for the retail and commercial sectors
- For this role you must have a hands on reactive maintenance background who holds a wide knowledge of building knowledge
- Location: Lichfield
- Package: £40,000 – £45,000 dependant on experience
- Hours: 08:00 – 17:00 (Mon-Fri)
Role and Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage programmes of work to ensure projects are delivered to timescales
- Meet with clients and assess work to deliver within budget
- Responsible for the management and recruitment of labour resources
- Manage sub-contractors and specialist trades
- Assist in the future development of the company
- Deal with any customer enquiries and concerns
Qualifications/experience:
- Trades background is preferred
- Able to use a range of IT packages (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Quoting / estimating is required
- Ability to work within a pressured environment
- Able to multi task
- IOSH – Desirable
