Position: Customer Liaison Officer (CLO)

We are looking for two Customer Liaison Officers to join our client on their Planned Works programs in Liverpool. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach, ensuring that tenant enquiries are handled efficiently and works are completed on time. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in public-facing roles who thrive in fast-paced environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Communicating with tenants and management teams to ensure works are completed on time
Requirements:

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within housing or construction

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise workload

Must have a valid driving license
