Position: Customer Liaison Officer (CLO)
Locations: Liverpool
Duration: 3-month temporary roles (potential for extension)

We are looking for two Customer Liaison Officers to join our client on their Planned Works programs in Liverpool. This role requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach, ensuring that tenant enquiries are handled efficiently and works are completed on time. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals with experience in public-facing roles who thrive in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Working on Planned Works programs

  • Providing customer-focused services in a demanding public-facing environment

  • Handling tenant enquiries and resolving issues efficiently

  • Communicating with tenants and management teams to ensure works are completed on time

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within housing or construction

  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage multiple enquiries and prioritise workload

  • Must have a valid driving license
