Position: Electrician
Location: Manchester
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrician to work on social housing projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified electrician with strong domestic experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out electrical installation, repairs, and maintenance works within social housing properties
• Complete inspection, testing, and certification works
• Diagnose and rectify electrical faults
• Install and repair sockets, lighting, and other electrical systems
• Ensure all works comply with current electrical regulations and safety standards
• Complete job documentation accurately

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Qualification (essential)
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
• 2391 Inspection & Testing qualification (essential)
• Previous experience working within social housing preferred
• Own tools and PPE
• Work-based references to confirm previous experience

Pay:

• Negotiable rate depending on experience
