Summary:

We are working with a highly regarded and well-established construction, refurbishment, and fit-out contractor known for delivering high-quality projects. Following a strong period of growth and the award of several exciting contracts, they are now looking to appoint an Estimator to join their dynamic team in Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a successful and growing business working on high-profile fit-out projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Issue tender enquiries and award subcontract orders

• Prepare tenders, including measurement, issuing enquiries, and evaluating submissions

• Extract quantities from drawings and verify subcontractor applications

• Price variations and conduct on-site measurements

• Procure subcontractors and conduct supply chain analysis

• Place purchase orders for labour, materials, and preliminaries

• Oversee subcontract packages from procurement through to final account

• Evaluate and finalise cost variations

Requirements:

• Experience in fit-out or construction projects

• Familiarity with JCT or NEC contracts

• Strong organisational and communication skills
