• A refurbishment and fit out company who design and create office spaces are looking for an Estimator to join their team in Manchester
• They are looking for someone who will be able to join the team and provide excellent service
• This position is suitable for someone who is looking to develop their career
• Pay: £40,000

The Role

• Issuing tender enquiries
• Managing sub-contract packages from procurement to final account
• Costing variations
• Involvement with subcontractor procurement and subcontractor analysis
• Assist with tenders
• Assist with enquiries and meeting supply chains
• On-site measures

Skills and experience

• Previous experience in a similar position
• 2/3 + years as an Estimator
• Reliable, trustworthy and pro active
• Able to use Microsoft (Word and Excel)
• Have good knowledge of JCT/NEC and understand format and structure of agreements
• Experience using databases
