Position: Quantity Surveyor
Location: West Midlands
Salary: £60,000 package
We are recruiting an experienced Quantity Surveyor to work on multiple residential developments across the West Midlands.
Role Details:

Manage budgets, procurement, cost control, forecasting, and final accounts

Work closely with site and technical teams to deliver projects on time and within budget

Maintain development margins and manage risk effectively

Build and maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and suppliers

Support the commercial management of multiple house-building projects
Requirements:
-
Proven Quantity Surveyor experience in house-building or residential developments
-
Strong financial, analytical, and organisational skills
-
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
