Position: Senior QS
Location: Cheshire
Salary: £60,000–£65,000 per annum plus package

We are seeking an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor (QS) to join a leading housebuilding team in Cheshire.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and deliver the full commercial function of projects from inception to completion

• Prepare cost plans, estimates, and budgets for residential developments

• Conduct tender analysis and manage subcontractor agreements

• Monitor project costs and provide regular reporting to senior management

• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Senior QS within housebuilding or residential construction

• Strong knowledge of commercial and contractual processes

• Proficient in cost management software and MS Office

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Degree or relevant qualification in Quantity Surveying or related field
