Position: Site Manager
Location: Aberdeen (AB11 5BJ)
Start Date: 27/07/26

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a fire stopping project based in Aberdeen. This is a short-term contract opportunity running until 16/08/26.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
• Oversee fire stopping works to ensure they are completed safely and to specification
• Monitor progress and ensure works are delivered on programme
• Maintain high standards of health & safety across the site
• Conduct site inspections, inductions, and toolbox talks
• Maintain accurate site records and project documentation
• Liaise with site teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS (essential)
• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
• First Aid at Work certificate (essential)
• Previous Site Management experience within construction
• Experience overseeing fire stopping or refurbishment works preferred
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Work-based references to confirm previous experience

Pay & Duration:

• Contract from 27/07/26 to 16/08/26
