Position: Site Manager
Location: Manchester
Rate: £30 per hour
Contract: Temporary
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to work on a hotel fit-out project in Manchester.
Role Details:

Oversee day-to-day site operations on a hotel fit-out

Manage subcontractors and coordinate site activities
-
Ensure works are delivered safely, on time and to programme
-
Maintain high health & safety standards on site

Liaise with the project team and report progress
Requirements:
-
Proven experience managing fit-out projects (hotel experience advantageous)
-
Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid

Strong organisational and leadership skills
-
Ability to manage subcontractors and site programmes
This is a temporary position offering a competitive hourly rate for the right candidate.
