Position: Site Manager
Location: North West

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for a permanent opportunity with a leading construction company. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager looking to join a growing team and deliver high-quality construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and subcontractors
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard
• Coordinate site teams, materials, and project activities
• Maintain health & safety compliance across the site
• Monitor quality standards and project progress
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

• Valid SMSTS (essential)
• Valid CSCS Card (essential)
• First Aid at Work certificate (essential)
• Previous experience as a Site Manager within construction
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
• Work-based references to confirm previous experience

Salary:

• £50,000 – £55,000 per annum
