Position: Site Manager
Location: North West
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 per annum

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Manager to join a leading housebuilder on new build housing schemes across the North West.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all on-site construction activities

• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, materials, and equipment to meet deadlines

• Monitor quality, health and safety, and ensure adherence to project plans

• Maintain high standards of workmanship and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• SMSTS

• CSCS Card

• First Aid Certification

• Proven experience working on new build housing developments

• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
