Position: Tiler
Location: North West
Start Date: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Tiler to work on social housing properties, carrying out both tiling and patch plastering works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Wall and floor tiling in kitchens and bathrooms
• Carrying out patch plastering where required
• Completing repairs and maintenance in tenanted and void properties
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Requirements:

• Proven experience in tiling and patch plastering
• Previous social housing experience preferred
• Own tools and PPE
• Reliable with strong attention to detail
• Full UK driving licence (desirable)

Job Details:

• Negotiable rate
